Cracker Barrel Fried Chicken

Because I am a fried chicken aficionado, and we recently drove through southern Illinois; Cracker Barrel gets a food review.  The quick and dirty, is it's not good.  Their take on fried chicken involves overly frying the food, too much grease, and little white meat.  I found myself eating more breading than I was chicken.  My stomach was fairly upset for the remainder of our drive back to Chicago.  I wasn't expecting much from them, so I wasn't disappointed.  Albeit, I will confidently be sticking to the classic and wonderful breakfast menu.
